GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY :
- from confirmation of reservation : 10 % of the total amount of stay
- less than 5 days prior to date of arrival : 30 % of the total amount of stay
- whithin 48 hrs prior to date of arrival : 100 % of the total amount of stay
- no-show or curtailment of your stay will result in charging the whole stay
(midnight is deadline !
for example : your booking is for arrival on 18th january, then the 15th january at 11.59 PM is the deadline !!)
Early Web Special / Non Refundable / Hotdeal :
- not possible to cancel
- change of date not possible
- no refund possible
(payment is done moment of reservation)
